It was filled with excitement and ticks! I think the students learned a lot, and I know they are now pros at spotting ticks. Thanks to: Mrs. Delong, Mr. and Mrs. Fultz, Mr. Garnett, Mr. Hogan, Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Lyons, Mrs. Mercier, Mrs. Ratliff, and Mrs. Wilson. *We did not run the mile this week due to our field trip. Students will be running it on Thursday. *I am definitely learning a great deal about Everyday Math this year and how to make the transition smoother for you as parents and help your child learn at home. Unit 8 was a learning experience! I have made copies of the fraction cards that we used in class a lot. Feel free to use these cards as you see fit. We used them to find equivalent fractions and to compare fractional amounts. You can play Fraction top-it with your child.
